The heating unit of the blowout equipment BOO-15 is designed to heat the preventer in order to maintain its operability in conditions of low negative temperatures of macroclimatic areas I-II according to GOST 16350-80.

The equipment heating unit is a closed and insulated electrohydraulic unit that heats the oil and, with the help of a pump and a line (high-pressure hoses), circulates it through the heat exchange cavity of the preventer. The heating unit of the equipment operates in automatic mode, maintaining the set temperature of the coolant.
